Ashcroft Mortgage Broker L.L.C was established in Dubai to serve clients who value discretion, precision and a single point of accountability across the entire mortgage process.

Our Philosophy

A considered mortgage is
a long-term instrument.

We established Ashcroft on the conviction that a mortgage is not a product to be sold, but a long-term instrument to be structured. Our clients are residents, investors and family offices acquiring property in Dubai and the wider U.A.E. — each with particular circumstances that deserve careful, unhurried attention.

Every engagement is led personally. We map the client's profile against the lending criteria of more than fifteen UAE banks, negotiate rate and tenure, prepare the documentation, and accompany the client through valuation, offer-letter and drawdown. When the facility is in place, the relationship continues — through rate reviews, refinance opportunities and future acquisitions.

Our practice is licensed by the Department of Economy & Tourism in Dubai, registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and conducted in compliance with the Central Bank of the U.A.E.'s mortgage regulations.
